Coláiste Iosagáin - Ballyvourney, Co. Cork
Colaiste Iosagain, Ballyvourney formed part of the development of what is now Campas Íosagáin, a regional development hub in Baile Bhuirne, Co. Cork. Working alongside Cahalane Bros Ltd, we delivered the full groundworks and external works package for the project. Our scope included the installation of all new underground services, including pipework, manholes, electrical services, and foul drainage systems. We also completed all kerbing, paving and concrete footpaths across the site, along with the levelling and finishing of surrounding roadways and car parking areas, including associated drainage. The external works were completed with extensive landscaping and large front lawn areas, helping to create a functional and high-quality finish throughout the development.
