This Residential Estate in Midleton, Co. Cork involved a substantial programme of civil and groundworks carried out for Beechwood Civils as part of a large-scale residential development. Our role on the project included deep excavations and the installation of a full range of underground services across the site. This included pipework for multiple service types, together with manholes, light boxes, drainage infrastructure, and associated groundworks. We also supplied the specialist machinery, pipelayers, and groundworkers required to support the safe and efficient delivery of the works. The project demanded careful coordination and a reliable on-site approach to ensure services were installed to the required standards and in line with the overall programme.
